Cancellation / refund policy

Refunds are not accepted due to cancellation of your order.

If you do not want the orders to be shipped these will not be shipped. This is because the order preparation has been done which includes irreversible modification of the orders. In case there is any problem with the availability of the products you have ordered, we will inform you electronically and / or by phone.

Your order will be put on hold until all the products you have ordered are collected. Partial shipment of the products of your order is not possible and will not take place. In addition, the availability of the products is indicative and is not binding.

In case of non-execution of the order through our fault, your money will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Before sending your order, we call the recipient to agree on the delivery time and to check that the address is correct. If you do not wish to call the recipient so as not to spoil your surprise, state it in the form of your order in the special notes. In this case, the shipment of your order is made at your own risk and if the recipient is not found, the product you have selected will be returned to our store and if you wish to be re-shipped, the shipping will be charged again. Also, if the recipient is absent during the delivery period you noted and there is no other person available to pick up the order then he returns back to our headquarters and in this case for a new shipment you will be charged again for the shipping.

Same day deliveries are made for orders executed until 20:00. After 20:00 the orders are executed the next day and there is no refund due to the non-same day delivery of your order. Also the delivery times for the execution of your order are indicative and not binding. On big holidays we make every effort but there may be delays.
